Return Policy

At Lawn Mart, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your home improvement goals. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise to our physical store. We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for the following items:

  • Unused Super Sack bags with no product removed or damaged.
  • Full pallets of stone that have not been opened or damaged.

Please note that there will be a delivery fee for picking up materials.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns with a valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method, with the following exceptions:

  • Check Purchases: Refunds will be provided as in-store credit if returned within 3 days; after 3 days, a cash or in-store credit refund may be issued, subject to verification. No refund will be provided for outstanding bad checks as determined by our verification systems.
  • Cash and Cash Equivalents: Refunds exceeding $1,000 may be issued via check sent from Lawn Mart’s corporate office.
  • Gift Cards and Store Credits: Refunds for gift cards, refund cards, merchandise cards, or credits from third-party marketplaces will be issued as in-store credit.

Written copies of the Lawn Mart Return Policy are available upon request.

 

Returns Without Proof of Purchase

We do not accept returns without valid proof of purchase. You can validate your purchase using:

  • Physical or electronic receipts
  • Order numbers
  • Payment cards or digital wallets
  • Phone numbers
  • Pro Rewards Accounts

Refund verification may require a valid photo ID (e.g., state driver’s license, state ID card, or military ID).

 

To initiate a return, please visit your order history.

All sales are final

Except for permitted returns, all sales are final. Items sold at Lawn Mart locations may have cosmetic damage or may have been previously returned. Please inspect your items thoroughly before purchase. To receive a refund or store credit, present valid proof of purchase with your permitted return.

 

Order Issues?

If you receive an order that is damaged, incomplete, or requires replacement parts, please contact Lawn Mart customer care at 1-770-680-4075 within three days of receiving the item.

 

Nonrefundable Items

The following items are nonrefundable:

  • Labor and installation charges
  • Delivery and shipping charges from LawnMart.com
  • In-store credits, refund cards, and merchandise cards
  • All gift cards, including Lawn Mart, third-party, Visa®, or Mastercard® gift cards
  • Safety masks or facial coverings
  • Items that may have encountered bodily fluids or waste (nonreturnable once used)
  • Loose bulk products
  • Pine straw
  • Partial pallets of stone
  • All other products
